why our indian cricket team apart from our legend allrounDer kapil dev
are not able to produce world class fast bowlers ?
indian cricket have produced world class batsman, spinners but not
world class fast bowlers apart from kapil,javagal srinath,zaheer khan etc.
analysis and views from my side

we do not having fast bouncy tracks, pitches in india.
as we see the major cricket stadiums viz wankhede, mumbai,
eden gardens,kolkata, chidambaram,chennai, ferozshah kotla,Delhi, chinnaswamy,bangalore,
chepauk,kanpur are offering assistance to spinners rather than fast bowlers .
so we have to construct stadium/swhich offer assistance to fast bowlers.
we have to research for the soil - i.e grass and clay grounds in all
28 states and cities within the states where we can built stadiums.
in this newly bult cricketing pitches, our potiential indian fast bowlers
should practice. we can also hire services of expert curators from outside.
here if we find that the indian soil is not favouring to built us the
pitches then the bcci - board for cricket control of india should raise
funds for sponsoring indian fast bowlers to be send to west indies,south africa,
australia where they are given coaching by greats€ like michael holDing,andy roberts,
joel garner, dennis lillee,jeff thompson,shaun pollock,richard hadlee etc
i feel there is no point in signing a contract with dennis lillee under mrf pace foundation
and give coaching under indian conditions i.e pitches which do not favour fast bowling.
for example :
ideally if indian spinning legends to name a few like bishen bedi, chandrashekar
are been offered to coach for potential budding spinners then the pitches should be offering
assistance for spinning i.e indian spinning tracks.
same thing is applicable to fast bowling. coaching should be given in fast bouncy wicket
rather than spinning tracks.
